Upstate Bicycle Works, conveniently situated in Troy, NY, is your ultimate destination for all things related to cycling. Established in May 2023, we specialize in providing top-notch bicycle services and sales. One notable aspect of our offerings is the opportunity for custom bike builds, featuring renowned brands like Wilde, Crust, and Velo Orange.
Our founder, Dan, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the bicycle industry, having held various roles in local bike shops and within the urban planning field. His dedication to the industry is further underscored by his master's degree in Urban Transportation, and it was this wealth of knowledge and experience that inspired him to launch Upstate Bicycle Works.

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.

Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
